Pricing
Up to 15 finished images, shot at the hours the building actually looks like itself.
Everything above, plus the hero film and its original score, licensed for your website and social channels.
The complete package, including the three vertical social films made for the format rather than cut down from the hero.
Where the practice talks about the project: what you were solving, what you wanted people to feel walking in. A separate shoot day, and a longer film built around what's said rather than around music. One interviewee at one location.
No GST applies. Additional social films beyond the three are quoted per film. Usage is agreed in writing before anything is booked.

Yes, with their own licence. Everyone licenses the same set from the one shoot, and the cost divides between you. Two parties pay $2,800 each for photography instead of $4,000, three pay $2,240 each, and five pay $1,680 each. It has to be arranged before the shoot day.
Usually one day, scheduled around the light rather than around site access, which often means early morning and late afternoon on the same day. If the building needs a second or third day, we take them.
